Plant Opportunities
General Labor
Most of our production team members start as General Labor, these positions are key to our manufacturing and function in a variety of roles that impose strong physical demands. The benefit that is gained by starting in this position the experience of understanding how our product is made start to finish.
Operators
Operators keep our product moving through the plant. The term “Operator” is used to describe anyone in our plants that operates any type of machinery from our Wire Machines, to the forklifts, and cranes. These team members keep product moving from phase to phase of the production process, all the way to getting it on the trucks to leave our facilities.
Maintenance
Maintenance keeps our equipment running, and our facilities safe & clean. We have positions in mechanical maintenance and facilities maintenance. We use certified tradespeople such as welders, mechanics, and electricians, as well as helpers who are inclined in a variety of maintenance capabilities.
QC
Our QC team regularly tests our products to ensure we are continually producing quality products that meet not only industry standard but our own stringent levels of quality and durability. All our QC team members obtain company-paid certifications from ACPA and ACI.
Management Team
Our management team is a select group of outstanding, hands-on individuals who are customer focused, quality oriented, and committed to working safely. As an embodiment of the AmeriTex spirit they will never ask anyone to do anything they are unwilling to do themselves. These individuals are on the front lines as much as they are in offices. They care about all our team members and are quick to recognize and develop quality talent within the organization.
